Our Agent-as-a-Service (AaaS) offering is a productized service where clients subscribe to use AI agents that we host and manage for them. In essence, it’s like Software-as-a-Service but instead of a static software tool, the client gets an AI agent (or a team of agents) working on demand for their business. This is the model we envision scaling in the long run for recurring revenue and broader impact.

AaaS Solutions:

Virtual Customer Support Agent
An AI agent that handles first-line customer inquiries through chat or email 24/7. It answers common questions (in multiple languages if needed), provides product information, and can hand off to a human if it cannot resolve an issue. This is offered as a service – we maintain the knowledge base and improve the agent’s responses over time.
Social Media Monitoring Agent
An agent that watches a client’s social media mentions or reviews and automatically alerts or responds based on sentiment. For instance, it could detect a negative review on Twitter and immediately draft a courteous response or flag it to management. This saves the business time and helps manage reputation in real-time.
Data Analysis & Reporting Agent
Instead of a person running weekly reports, an AI agent could be tasked with analyzing sales and inventory data each night. It then generates an easy-to-read report each morning highlighting important trends or anomalies (e.g., “Product X sales dropped 20% this week in Region Y, which is outside normal range”).
